E-Invoicing effortlessly

E-invoicing will soon become a must. From April 2020, public-sector customers in Germany will be forced to receive and process e-invoices. At the DSAG theme day 'X&E Invoices in SAP' from 3 to 4 September '19, we will be happy to show you how to master this challenge effortlessly. tangro software processes electronic invoices and supports the most important formats such as XRechnung, ZUGFeRD 2.0 and many other international formats. Jürgen Nickles from Webasto will report on this from practice on 4 December.

tangro software can be flexibly adapted to your business processes. The tangro EDI converter automatically enriches the received message with additional information such as source of supply or company code, which you need for fully automatic further processing. If required, the converter also automatically triggers a workflow to forward documents to the correct processor or organizational unit, for example. Error-free documents can be posted directly without the intervention of a clerk.

Everyone who knows EDI from practical experience knows, however, that the processing of e-invoices sometimes comes to a standstill. As soon as the agreed standards are not meticulously adhered to, the data transmission runs into an error. Normally, then the error search is almost hopeless for the employees of the invoice verification because the data record is not readable for the normal user. tangro makes the error search simple: The software automatically generates an image from the EDI data that looks exactly like a normal invoice received as a PDF file. Item numbers, prices and quantities can be easily read and checked here. The error is easy to find and the process continues quickly.
