4.1. Cookies
Cookies are text files that are stored on your computer and enable an analysis of your usage of the website. Cookies can determine which websites you prefer to visit. This enables us to better target our pages at our visitors and optimise our site. This information is also used to recognise you automatically the next time you visit our website and can make navigation of the site easier for you. Cookies cannot be used to run programs or transfer viruses to a computer. Use of our website is also possible without cookies. If you do not wish your computer to be recognised again, you can prevent cookies from being stored on your hard disk by selecting the “Block all cookies” option in your browser settings. 4.3. Newsletter
Through the newsletter we keep you up to date at regular intervals with information about us and our offers. If you wish to receive this newsletter, we will need a valid email address from you along with information that will enable us to check that you are the holder of the specified e mail address or that its holder consents to receiving the newsletter. No other information will be collected. This data will only be used for the purpose of sending out the newsletter and will not be disclosed to third parties. The data collected in this way will not be compared against data that may be collected by other elements of our site. When you subscribe to our newsletter, we will save your IP address and the subscription date. The sole purpose of saving this information is for proof in the event of a third party misusing an email address and subscribing to receive the newsletter without the authorised party’s knowledge. You may revoke your consent to the storage of data and your email address, and the use thereof for sending out the newsletter, at any time. This can be done by sending a message to the specified contact details.

4.4. Contact form

4.5. Google Analytics
Our website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service provided by Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. Google Analytics uses so-called “cookies”. These are text files that are stored on your computer and enable an analysis of your usage of the website. Information such as the operating system, browser, your IP address, the website you visited prior to our site (referrer URL) and the date and time of your visit to our website is recorded for example. The information generated by this text file about your use of our website will be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and will be stored there. Google will use this information to analyse your use of our website in order to compile reports about website activity for the website operator and to provide other services associated with use of the website and internet usage. Where legally required to do so, or where third parties process this data on Google's behalf, Google will also pass this information on to these third parties. This usage will be anonymised or pseudonymised. Further information about this can be obtained from Google directly. You can find more information about how user data is handled with Google Analytics in Google’s Privacy Policy: support.google.com/analytics/answer/6004245

4.5.1. Browser plug-in
You can prevent the storage of cookies with an appropriate setting in your browser software however, please note that if you do this, you may not be able to make full use of all of the features of this website. Furthermore, you can prevent the collection of data generated by the cookie and related to your use of the website (including your IP address) by Google, as well as the processing of this data by Google, by downloading and installing the browser plug-in available under the following Download and install browser plug-in link: tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout

4.5.2. Order processing
We have concluded an order processing contract with Google and implement the statutory requirements fully when using Google Analytics.

4.5.3. IP anonymisation feature
We use the “Enable IP anonymisation” feature on this website. In this scenario, your IP address is shortened, and thus anonymised, by Google within member states of the European Union or in other states party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there.

4.6. Google Tag Manager
On our website we use the Google Tag Manager. The Google Tag Manager is a solution from Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4 Ireland that allows us to manage website tags through one interface. The tool itself (which implements the tags) is a cookie-free domain that does not collect any personal information. The Google Tag Manager will trigger other tags that may collect data. The Google Tag Manager does not access this data. If a user has disabled it at the domain or cookie level, it will persist for all tracking tags implemented with Google Tag Manager. The tags used are named separately below and can be customized by you in your privacy settings, such as disabling cookies for these items.

4.7. Google Adwords
Our website uses Google conversion tracking. Google conversion tracking is a service provided by Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. When you arrive at our website via an advertisement delivered by Google, a cookie will be placed on your computer by Google Adwords. The cookie will be used for conversion tracking when a user clicks on an advertisement delivered by Google. These cookies cease to be valid after 30 days and cannot be used to personally identify you. If you visit certain pages of our website and the cookie has not yet expired, we and Google can see that you, as a user, have clicked on one of our advertisements placed with Google and have been forwarded to our page. Google uses the information obtained using the cookies to compile visitor statistics for our website. From these statistics, we learn the total number of users that have clicked on our advertisement and also which pages on our website have then been visited by the user in question. We, and other parties advertising via “Google Adwords”, do not receive any information which can be used to personally identify users however. You can prevent cookies from being installed with an appropriate setting in your browser, for example the browser setting that disables the placement of cookies in general or only blocks cookies from the “googleadservices.com” domain in particular. Google’s privacy statement regarding this can be found here: services.google.com/sitestats/en.html.

4.8. Google Maps
On our site we use the “Google Maps” components provided by Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA, hereinafter referred to as “Google”. Each time the “Google Maps” component is called, Google places a cookie to process user settings and data when the page on which the “Google Maps” component is integrated is displayed. This cookie is generally not deleted when the browser is closed. Instead, it will expire after a certain period of time unless you delete it manually beforehand. If you object to the processing of your data in this way, you have the option of disabling the “Google Maps” service and preventing data from being transmitted to Google in this way. To do this, you will need to disable the Java script function in your browser. We would point out however that in this case you may not be able to use “Google Maps” or you may only be able to use it with limitations. The use of “Google Maps” and the information obtained via “Google Maps” will be in accordance with the Google Terms of Service https://policies.google.com/terms?hl=en and the Google Maps Additional Terms of Service www.google.com/intl/en/help/terms_maps.html.

In the event of conclusion of an employment agreement resulting from your application, your transmitted data may be saved by us in your personnel record for the purposes of the usual organisational and administrative processes, taking into account the relevant legal requirements. If your application is rejected, the data you transmitted will be deleted automatically six months following notification of the rejection. This will not apply where longer storage is necessary due to legal requirements (for example the burden of proof under the General Equal Treatment Act) or where you have expressly consented to storage in our candidate database for longer.
