Incoming Orders

You enter and process customer orders automatically with tangro OM (Order Management). The order is posted to the customer in SAP.

Additional Documents

With tangro DoC (Document CheckIn) you automatically assign additional documents to the order for the correct customer order in SAP. This means that all documents are available electronically for enquiries. You can call them up directly.

Service Orders

Service orders are processed automatically with tangro tangro SO (Service Order Processing). The solution records relevant contents such as material and order number and creates the document in SAP as a service notification.

Payment Advice Notes
