400 listeners - this immense interest in the tangro partner lecture at the BME eSolution Days proves: The automated processing of order confirmations is a topic that moves purchase. Robert Scheuchenpflug of Conrad Electronic explained why this is so. In his presentation he talked about how tangro supports enterprises in this respect and what special benefits the tangro solutions bring.

Conrad Electronic processes 1.2 million order confirmations electronically with tangro and thus quickly and efficiently. The solution recognises the essential contents and compares them with the order data directly in SAP. If everything is ok the documents are posted immediately. 85 percent of EDI documents and 45 percent of e-mail documents are booked fully automatically in this way.

The special advantages: tangro is directly embedded in SAP. Thus, buyers and clerks at Conrad can access the current order data at any time. For the IT department, there is no administration effort for an additional database, as the access to master and transaction data is direct. Likewise, no upstream validation workstation is required for learning documents. And additional functionalities are implemented directly in the tangro namespace. Conrad was thus able to reduce the processing effort for order confirmations to a minimum.
