Expansion of the management team - Patrick Etter joins the company management

tangro software components GmbH has restructured its management. In addition to company founder and majority shareholder Andreas Schumann, Patrick Etter has been the company's second managing director since the beginning of 2022.

"With Patrick Etter, we have been able to gain an executive with a high level of competence from our own ranks. With his expertise, his experience and his previous merits in the company, Patrick Etter will support our company in its successful growth," explains Andreas Schumann, founder and previous sole managing director of tangro.

Patrick Etter, 43, a graduate economist who brings several years of professional experience from management consulting, has been with tangro since 2017 and therefore has a profound understanding of the company's values, goals and strategy. As assistant to the management board, he has also been involved in all operational and strategic decisions in recent years.

"I am very much looking forward to the new challenge and the trust that tangro has placed in me. For me, the step into the management is a confirmation of the good and fruitful cooperation. I see my task as continuing to develop innovative software solutions at the highest level together with Andreas Schumann and the entire tangro team and to strategically expand the product and service portfolio on an ongoing basis," says Patrick Etter.

Patrick Etter's responsibilities on the management board include sales, marketing and project management, while Andreas Schumann will continue to be responsible for application development and technologies.

Together, the new management duo will further expand tangro's position as one of the leading providers of solutions for optimising document-based business processes, ensure continuous growth and thus continue the success story of recent years.
