Contracts now covered too

Confirmations for new contracts can now automatically be processed in SAP with the software tangro OC (Order Confirmation).

The details of the contract validity period are either entered manually or recorded directly by the system. With automatic recognition, the software compares the value with the validity period from the contract. Variances are recognised immediately. This greatly speeds up the processing of contracts and and manual work is reduced to a minimum. There are no transmission errors whatsoever.

Thanks to the automated processing with tangro OC the contract document is assigned to the correct object in SAP and therefore can be recalled at any time for further inquiries. In this way tangro OC offers much more transparency. Further processing is considerably accelerated and manual work is reduced to a minimum.
