DSAG annual congress: outstanding event for tangro

tangro noted an extremely high level of interest amongst visitors to the 2017 DSAG annual conference, making the event a resounding success. Large numbers of prospective customers visited the tangro trade fair stand on all three days of the event with visitors wanting to learn more about the range of solutions available for inbound document processing.

The modules for the automated processing of orders, order confirmations, invoices and delivery notes attracted particular interest. However, there were also numerous enquiries relating to the other solutions in the tangro Inbound Suite.

The product presentations on the tangro stand were underpinned by a first-hand report into automated order processing at Hansgrohe. The presentation given by Johannes Schmelzle, process specialist at Hansgrohe SE, provided details of tool selection, project implementation, challenges and benefits. He explained how Hansgrohe used tangro to standardise processes across their global network and halve the processing time for fax and email orders. In addition to this, he explained how the company saves in excess of half a million euros a year through automated order processing with tangro.
