The DAW group of companies, which is known for product lines such as Alpinaweiß and Caparol, processes incoming fax orders automatically with tangro. tangro OM takes the customer orders from the fax server, automatically recognises content such as customer, purchase order number and order items, and assigns them to the appropriate customer in SAP. Using this solution, DAW has doubled the speed of order processing. Mark Wörsdörfer, NOW team leader at DAW, will be talking about the project, processes and benefits in his presentation on 21 September at the DSAG annual congress 2016 in Nuremberg.
