tangro-customer day 2015 - success across the board

Enlightening and entertaining presentations, exciting innovations and plenty of useful discussions - a perfect round-up of the tangro customer day on 17 November 2015.

The feedback from visitors was correspondingly positive: "The customer information day was perfectly organised and very interesting, so it offered real value-added for the visitor. I would definitely recommend it to any customer," said Marco Flury, head of Corporate IT at Schneeberger AG, to give just one example.

More than 120 participants came to the event. It got off to a fascinating start in the auditorium of the Print Media Academy with keynote speaker Peter M. Färbinger. In a very entertaining talk, the editor-in-chief of E-3 magazine scrutinised current IT hypes and megatrends and concluded by distinguishing the important issues from those which can be safely ignored. This was followed by an equally lively role play demonstrating how tangro seamlessly supports all processes in purchasing and customer service. This presentation highlighted two key features: the new product for workflow-supported master data management and the new complaints handling software.

After the breakout sessions with various contributions - including one devoted to tangro's mobile workflow solution - there was a guest presentation on the legal framework of electronic invoice processing. The contribution that followed presented a very convenient way of sharing data electronically: the SAP-to-SAP method from tangro offers a completely new way of sharing structured data without the need for a translator or time-consuming mapping. In this way tangro supports integrated processes not just within companies, but also between business partners.
